Home Health Aide
- Description:As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care tasks.
- Provide mobility assistance and help with transferring and positioning.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Description:As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide direct care to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will assist with medical and personal care tasks, support daily activities, and work closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, toileting, and dressing.
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and exercise routines.
- Administer medications as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health status.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Qualifications:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to follow care plans and work under the direction of healthcare professionals.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Veteran Specialist
- Description:As a Veteran Specialist, you will provide dedicated support to our veteran clients, assisting them with navigating and completing paperwork for VA benefits and services. You will play a key role in ensuring our veteran clients receive the benefits and care they deserve.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist veterans with understanding and completing VA benefits applications and paperwork.
- Provide guidance on available veteran services and resources.
- Coordinate with VA offices and other veteran support organizations.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to veteran clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VA benefits and eligibility requirements.
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with veterans or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of VA benefits and services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to assisting veterans.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
